delivery and returns

Overview

We take the hassle out of ordering footwear online. We understand it's hard to get it right first time and not all of our feet are the same. We have tried to make our delivery, returns and exchanges as simple and easy as possible.

Delivery

We know how exciting it is waiting for a new pairs of boots, so we aim to despat all orders from 5 to 15 days of manufacturing process.

Exchange Didn't get it right first time? No problem we offer free adjusting process for first time on all footwear.

Returns Policy

  • We offer a 5 days refund period from items purchased directly from us if you have any problem with your item, and a 7 day exchange size period in all uncustomized boots.
  • Bespoke and custom-made products are made to order for you and you have 48 hours to amend your order from the date of placing it but if you amend your order in any way more than 48 hours after you have placed it, we reserve the right to charge you any costs and expenses we have incurred in relation to your order.
  • Bespoke and custom-made products cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed as these goods are made to order specifically for you and therefore the invoice cost will be due regardless.
  • We do not offer refunds on any bespoke or custom-made products under any circumstances other than for a fault confirmed by the factory . Where you have supplied your own measurements, no replacement or refund can be given for a poor fit.
  • In order to qualify we require items to be unused, not worn outside and in a re-sellable condition with all of the original packaging included. This applies to all items bought from our events, stores and in sales. Please do not use tape or write on the box/ packaging.
